Well, what do you know? The Martha Graham dance bag has a range of therapeutic applications.
In her new movie The Future, Miranda July does a dance inside a giant t-shirt that is essentially a DIY version of one of these things. Sounds stupid but is kind of awesome which, come to think of it, is pretty much my review for the entire movie.
